About
"Every woman deserves a personal trainer that walks the walk and talks the talk."
-Sloan
I have spent my adult life committed to fitness, starting with a focus solely on my appearance, but later evolving into a passion for overall health and well-being. I maintained my fitness lifestyle through the beginnings of my family, and the unpredictable challenges of life. Raised by a breast cancer survivor, I learned at a young age the vital connection between nutrition and health.

In 2016, unexplained body aches led me to suspect fibromyalgia—a diagnosis confirmed a year later. Faced with treatment options that came with significant risks, I chose a more natural approach. I revamped my diet, added supplements, embraced alternative medicine that I never would've even considered in the past, and I made exercise a cornerstone of my pain management. Through my journey, my focus shifted from pure aesthetics to healing and resilience.
Now, I channel my experience into helping others. I'm passionate about working with women navigating chronic pain, those new to fitness, women living with medical condition-specific illnesses requiring movement and conditioning, and those on their menopause journey. I have a deep respect and love for working with senior women, which, for me is advocating for a community often overlooked in fitness and sometimes American society as a whole.
I believe every woman deserves a trainer who truly understands how fitness, nutrition, and compassion intersect to improve health and quality of life. My calling is to inspire women to prioritize themselves, take control of their well-being, and discover the transformative power of movement and mindful living.
When you’re ready to invest in your health and take that first step, I'm here to support and guide you every step of the way.
