About

"Every woman deserves a personal trainer that walks the walk and talks the talk."

Sloan

Sloan Waters has spent her adult life committed to fitness, starting with a focus solely on appearance, but evolving into a passion for overall health and well-being. She maintained her fitness lifestyle through the beginnings of a family, and the unpredictable challenges of life. Raised by a breast cancer survivor, Sloan learned at a young age the vital connection between nutrition and health.

In 2016, unexplained body aches led Sloan to suspect fibromyalgia—a diagnosis confirmed a year later. Faced with treatment options that came with significant risks, Sloan chose a more natural approach. She revamped her diet, added supplements, embraced alternative medicine, and made exercise a cornerstone of her pain management. Through this journey, her focus shifted from aesthetics to healing and resilience.

Now, Sloan channels her experience into helping others. She’s passionate about working with women navigating chronic pain, those new to fitness, women living with medical condition-specific illnesses requiring movement and conditioning, and those on their menopause journey. Sloan has a deep respect and love for working with senior women, advocating for a community often overlooked in fitness and sometimes American society as a whole.

Sloan believes every woman deserves a trainer who truly understands how fitness, nutrition, and compassion intersect to improve health and quality of life. Her mission is to inspire women to prioritize themselves, take control of their well-being, and discover the transformative power of movement and mindful living.

When you’re ready to invest in your health and take that first step, Sloan is here to support and guide you every step of the way.
