We specialize in training women 40 and older, including senior women and those living with chronic pain or medical conditions that benefit from exercise. Our programs are personalized to meet the unique needs of every client, focusing on improving overall health, strength, and resilience.​​

2. Who is Sloan Waters, and why is she passionate about training women?

​Sloan Waters is a certified personal trainer and nutrition expert who has dedicated her life to fitness and well-being. After being diagnosed with fibromyalgia in 2016, she took a natural approach to healing through nutrition and exercise. Her journey inspired her to help other women prioritize their health and navigate challenges like menopause, chronic pain, and aging.

Our services include personalized training plans, nutrition guidance, and pain management strategies. We focus on holistic health, combining movement, nutrition, and compassion to help women feel stronger and healthier

5. Where do you provide your services?

We serve clients in Buford, Georgia, Gwinnett County, and surrounding communities. Contact us to learn more about training locations and options that are within a 25 mile radius from Buford, Georgia.  Please note that in the event your trainer agrees to travel to your home gym or gym of choice, a one way trip travel fee in the amount of .70 cents per mile will be added to all trainings sessions.

6. I’ve never exercised before. Can I still join?

Absolutely! We welcome women of all fitness levels, including those who are new to exercise. Sloan will work with you at your own pace, tailoring a program to suit your needs and help you build confidence.

7. Do you work with women who have chronic pain or medical conditions?

Yes, Sloan specializes in working with women managing conditions like fibromyalgia, MS, and other chronic pain or medical conditions. She understands the importance of adapting exercises to accommodate and support healing.

8. Do you offer nutrition guidance as part of the program?

Yes! Nutrition is a key component of overall health. Sloan provides personalized nutrition advice to complement your fitness plan and support your health goals
