1. Payment System

Payment Policy
 

  • All sessions are prepay only.  No exceptions.

  • Payments must be received by the day of each scheduled session.

  • Multiple sessions booked and billled together must be paid in full prior to the first session of booking.  

  • Payments may be made in person on the day of a session; however, non payment prior to a session will result in cancellation.

  • Any session not paid for in advance will be cancelled.

2. Cancellations

  • Cancellation Policy:

     

    • In-Person Clients: 

      • Cancellations After Payment: All canceled sessions are non-refundable.  Cancellations within a group of paid sessions are non-refundable.

      • Cancellations Before Payment: Cancellations of booked sessionprior to payment are not permitted.

      • Excessive Cancellations: If a client attempts to cancel three (3) sessions prior to making payment, all future services will be terminated.

    • Virtual Consulting Clients:

      • Cancellations After Payment: All canceled sessions are non-refundable.​

      • Cancellations Before Payment: Cancellations made prior toVirtual sessions may be canceled prior to payment.

      • Excessive Cancellations: If a client cancels three (3) sessions prior to making payment, all future services will be terminated.

     

  • RGPT Cancellations:

     

    • If RGPT cancels a session, all prepaid funds will be credited toward the next session, with a 5% adjustment applied to the next session.

     

  • Session Timeliness (In-Person & Virtual Clients):

     

    • Client Tardiness: All sessions must begin on time.  If a client is late, the session will end at the origially scheduled time, with no refund or credit for the missed portion.

    • Trainer Tardiness: If RGPT is late to a session, 10% will be deducted from the client’s next scheduled session.

1. What makes Rose Gold Personal Training & Nutrition different from other fitness programs?

I train women 40 and older, including senior women and those living with chronic pain or medical conditions that benefit from exercise. My programs are personalized to meet the unique needs of every client, focusing on improving overall health, strength, and resilience.​​

2. Who is Sloan Waters, and why is she passionate about training women?

I am m a certified personal trainer and nutrition coach who has dedicated my life to fitness and well-being. After being diagnosed with fibromyalgia in 2016, I took a natural approach to healing through nutrition and exercise. My journey has inspired me to help other women prioritize their health and navigate challenges like menopause, chronic pain, and aging.

 

3. What types of clients do you work with?

  • Women 40+

  • Senior women

  • Women on their menopause journey

  • Women with chronic pain conditions like fibromyalgia or MS

  • Women with medical conditions that improve through exercise

  • We also train couples looking to improve their fitness together.

4. What services do you offer?

My services include personalized training plans, nutrition guidance, and pain management strategies. I focus on holistic health, combining movement, nutrition, and compassion to help women feel stronger and healthier

5. Where do you provide your services?

I serve clients in Buford, Georgia, Gwinnett County, and surrounding communities. All training sessions are conducted at Planet Fitness in Buford, GA.  Travel to locations of choice is very limited, and is determined on a case-by-case basis.  In the event travel is approved for a client, a $25 trip fee will be added to the training rate.

6. I’ve never exercised before. Can I still join?

Absolutely! I welcome women of all fitness levels, including those who are new to exercise. I meet all clients where they are, and work with tham at their pace, tailoring all programs to suit their needs and help build confidence.

7. Do you work with women who have chronic pain or medical conditions?

I specialize in working with women managing conditions like fibromyalgia, MS, and other chronic pain or medical conditions. I understand the importance of adapting exercises to accommodate and support healing.

8. Do you offer nutrition guidance as part of the program?

As of summer, 2026, nutrition coaching is no longer available.  However, nutrition and eating habits are often discussed during training sessions.
