Required before starting any training or coaching programs.
Start your wellness journey with this personalized comprehensive Foundations Session which includes paperwork review, body measurements, and your first session. RGPT is very thorough. This is designed to understand your unique needs, goals, and limitations.

Strength and Fitness Training
Power lifting, extreme lifting and body building is not offered as part of our training programs.,
Sessions are designed to meet you where you are...whether you're focused on building strength, improving mobility, shedding weight, or overall wellness. All sessions are tailored to your body, your goals, and your pace because lasting change starts with customized plans.
**30-minute sessions are reserved for established clients, or seasoned exercisers who are already comfortable with foundational movements but are seeking fine-tuning or accountability.

Virtual Consulting
If you need expert guidance without committing to full training sessions. If you live out of state, or outside of our travel radius. Virtual consulting offers personalized support via Zoom or FaceTime. Great for accountability, advice on nutrition, fitness or weight loss, feedback and advice on home and solo workout routines.
Note: Sessions are scheduled for a specific duration. If a session goes beyond the allotted time, the additional time will be billed separately, and must be paid in full prior to your next session. Additional time will be billed in 15 minute increments at a rate of $15.

"Test the Waters" and Drop-In Training Sessions
"TEST THE WATERS" - We offer introductory sessions designed to help you “Test the Waters” in a comfortable, no-pressure setting. During this session, we’ll review your goals, motivations, and any health limitations or chronic pain conditions that may impact training.
You’ll also experience a mini training session tailored to give you a real feel for how Rose Gold Personal Training & Nutrition works — safe, supportive, and effective. Depending on your needs, this may include light cardio, balance work, functional movements, or bodyweight resistance training.
The session wraps with feedback, your initial impressions, and the option to schedule a Comprehensive Intake & Kickstart Fitness Session for a deeper dive. You’ll also receive an overview of our services and pricing — with absolutely no pressure to commit.
DROP IN SESSIONS - Designed for clients who want flexibility without a long-term commitment. Perfect for those with busy schedules, or individuals who already have a fitness routine but want an occasional professional session for accountability, form checks, or an extra push.
Each 45-, or 60-minute session is tailored to your current needs and goals — whether that’s strength, conditioning, balance, or functional movement.
Drop-In Sessions allow you to train when it works best for you, while still experiencing the safe, supportive, and effective coaching Rose Gold PT is known for.
