Fitness Reclaimed: Why I Started Rose Gold Personal Training & Nutrition

When I started Rose Gold Personal Training & Nutrition, it wasn’t just about fitness.

It was about creating a space for women who felt like the world had moved on without them.

Too many women in their 40s, 50s, 60s and beyond are being overlooked—not just in society, but in the fitness industry too. But not just women in the older age brackets, but women living with medical ailments, are often ignored, too.

Most workout programs are designed for the young, the already-fit, or the “bounce back” crowd. Mature women. Senior women. They’re often told to slow down, sit down, or settle. And those living with chronic pain or complex conditions? Many trainers don’t want to take them on at all.

But that’s exactly who I’m passionate about helping.

Yes, I train younger women —and I love watching them grow in strength and confidence, but my heart is especially drawn to the women who’ve been told they’re too old, too broken, too complicated. The women who’ve been dismissed, overlooked, or told to “just lose weight.”

I created Rose Gold Personal Training & Nutrition for the woman who:

  • Wants to feel strong again

  • Is tired of starting over

  • Feels invisible in gyms or fitness spaces

  • Doesn’t want to be the thinnest—just the healthiest, most confident version of herself

Yes, I live with fibromyalgia—and I understand what it means to move with limitations. I understand that everyone's pain tolerance is different, therefore, how I train those living with chronic pain is tailored per client. But this isn’t just about

chronic pain. It’s about strength, stamina, and showing up for yourself—at any age, in any season.

Most of my clients are not in pain. They’re just in a chapter of life where things feel different. They want workouts that make sense. Nutrition that supports them. A coach who gets it. And a space where aging is honored, and ailments are not feared.

At Rose Gold Personal Training & Nutrition, we focus on strength, mobility, balance, and mindset.

We train to feel powerful—not punished.

We eat to feel nourished—not restricted.

We move forward with grace, grit, and purpose.

If they’ve ever felt dismissed or unseen in a fitness space, this was built for them.

Because they’re not too old.

They’re not too far gone.

And they’re absolutely not alone.

This is Rose Gold Personal Training & Nutrition—created for women, by a woman who knows that we deserve better.
